How to Lead Change in Your Organization requires one crucial component.

That’s a mentor, says Mark Fenner and Bob Kaplitz in workshops they present for the Rise Performance Group.  This presentation was for senior managers for the City of Fort Worth.

“You change put systems in place, but unless you individuals have a guide — a mentor — it’s difficult for them to manage change.  Let alone lead change,” Kaplitz says.

What makes people want to follow a leader comes down to the character qualities of the person.

How to Lead Change in Your Organization requires both:  A system with specific measurable goals and a mentor for as many people as possible.  Talent is a gift, but character is a choice.  As you lead your life and make choices, you build your character.

How to lead change in your organization is based on helping to build leaders with character.  For more information, contact Bob Kaplitz at 214.766.4236.
