She’s in love with the neighborhood.  And she wants us to feel the sam way.  This is also an excellent example of how video brings a selling proposition to life.  Imagine if she had to simply reply on the text description on her YouTube post:

Tips for Realtors:  Neighborhood Immersion

  • Instead of just selling a home, sell the value of the neighborhood.
  • Show your enthusiasm for the area.
  • Have fun.
  • Walk viewers through the neighborhood.
  • Conclude with a call to action.
  • Although this video was professionally shot, if you’re on a shoe string budget you can use your smart phone to capture similar shots.
